which ones are the biggest and track the emerging markets and commodities best, and what is their symbol?

For commodities I personally own USO which tracks oil, and SLV which tracks silver. You might consider DBC which tracks a basket of 8 different commodities (oil, nat gas, heating oil, silver, aluminum, gold, wheat and corn). FXI is an etf that tracks Chinese stocks.
